1. Puja Services
- Cancellation before 48 hours: Eligible for 80% refund
- Cancellation within 24–48 hours: Eligible for 50% refund
- Same-day cancellation: No refund applicable
- After completion of puja: No refund
- Rescheduling allowed once based on availability
2. Astrology Products
- Return accepted only in case of damaged or wrong product
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Natural variations in color/size are not considered defects
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or energized spiritual products are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
